The Network is open to institutional partners · Become a Partner →

When people are well, they take care of the world.

AllGaia funds civic restoration through institutional partners — foundations, NGOs, civic bodies, universities, industry associations, and government agencies. A defined statutory share of every member purchase goes to the mission, allocated by the partner's own governance, settled on-chain, protected by statute.

02 · The funding flow

The funding flow.

The model is the same for every institutional partner. The partner makes the AllGaia system available to its members, students, employees, or constituents. Every purchase routes a fixed share to the mission.

A defined statutory share of every member purchase goes to mission work — split between the AllGaia Foundation and the partner organisation. The Foundation's share is constitutional and cannot be reduced. The partner's share is allocated by the partner's own governance, deployed to restoration work across the soil → food → biology → civic chain.

Settlement is in USDC on the Polygon network, executed automatically at point of sale by the Factum Protocol. No invoice. No grant cycle. No campaign.

Specific allocation percentages, governance expectations, reporting standards, and the application path are documented in the Partner Framework, available to partner candidates after they submit an application.

One firewall, by constitutional rule

Funds flow to organisations, never to individuals. No per-member compensation. No referral payouts. This is what keeps the model lawful across jurisdictions and durable across time.

03 · What partners get

What partners get.

Beyond the funding flow, partners receive a complete operating layer.

Product

Daily System at member pricing

Independence

Partners stay fully independent

Own mission, own governance, own voice. AllGaia provides the layer; partners decide what to build with it.

04 · Who we partner with

Mission alignment, not size.

The kinds of organisations AllGaia partners with. Newly-formed entities established for the partnership also qualify.

Foundations, NGOs, charities, civic bodies, universities, research institutes, industry associations, professional bodies, ministries, municipalities, and public agencies.

05 · The rules

Three rules, written into the statutes.

01

Foundation share, protected by statute

A defined share of every member purchase is allocated to the AllGaia Foundation automatically at point of sale. Constitutional. Cannot be reduced. Independent of any partner agreement.

02

Founder authority caps at 49%

After three years, founders cannot hold more than 49% of voting rights. The remainder redistributes to the governing community. Mandatory, irreversible.

03

Public record from July 2026

Every funding decision, partner activation, and governance decision permanently logged through the Factum Protocol. Open to independent verification.

04

§8 firewall — organisations only

Funds flow to organisations, never to individuals. No per-member compensation. No referral payouts. Legal cover across jurisdictions, including EU UCPD and US FTC Koscot doctrine.

05

14-year obsolescence review

The Foundation reviews its own existence every 14 years. First review ends 31 December 2040. The cycle can be shortened, never extended.

06

On-chain settlement, no grant cycle

Settlement is USDC on Polygon, executed automatically at point of sale by the Factum Protocol. No invoice. No grant cycle. No campaign.

AllGaia Foundation works 100% toward a world where AllGaia Foundation is no longer needed.

The Foundation reviews its own existence every 14 years. First review ends 31 December 2040. The cycle can be shortened, never extended.
06 · The science

A peer-reviewed evidence base.

The Foundation's work is grounded in the Biological Foundational System — a causal chain linking soil, food, cellular function, individual capacity, community participation, and ecological restoration: Soil → Food → Cell → Person → Community → World.

Each link is supported by peer-reviewed research. The full synthesis is recorded through the Factum Protocol from July 2026 — once recorded, the record is permanent and cannot be altered by any party, including the Foundation.
