02 · How the Network works

How the Network works.

  1. 1People choose useful products.
  2. 2A fixed share is allocated.
  3. 3Partners lead named projects.
  4. 4Records become visible.
03 · The difference

We fund named projects through accountable partners.

Named work. Reviewable records. Visible progress.

AllGaia helps fund specific work through accountable partners, with funding records and outcomes made visible over time.

We don't just fund projects. We track what changes, and make it visible over time.

04 · What partners get

What partners get.

Four things. The detail sits one click away.

Funding

Funding

Help fund real projects — a steady stream tied to product sales, directed by you.

Product access

Product access

A simple product pathway for your audience, customers, or community.

Trust

Trust

Reviewable records, so the work becomes easier to verify over time.

Tools

Tools

Templates, branding, the science, and support — and you stay fully independent.

05 · Who we partner with

Shared values, not size.

Partners connect through the AllGaia Network — communities, NGOs, schools, researchers, regenerative farms, municipalities, and local groups. The conditions are simple: work that strengthens soil, water, food, biodiversity, or community resilience — with progress documented over time.

Mission

Real work, documented

Work that improves soil, water, food, biodiversity, or community resilience — one or more links in Foundational Human Biology — with progress documented over time.

Standing

Three eligibility paths

(a) 6+ months of operational history, (b) a founder track record (no minimum entity age), or (c) sponsorship by an existing AllGaia partner. Sponsorship and publicly recognised aligned organisations: 7-day fast-track. Other applications: 30 days.

Independence

Own voice, own governance

Partners keep their own mission, governance, and voice. AllGaia provides the operating layer; partners decide what to do with it.

Explore the network, then see how partnership works.

06 · The rules

The rules, written into the statutes.

01

Foundation share, protected by statute

A defined share of every partner-linked product purchase is allocated to the AllGaia Foundation. Constitutional. Cannot be reduced. Independent of any partner agreement.

02

Founder authority caps at 49%

After three years, founders cannot hold more than 49% of voting rights. The remainder redistributes to the governing community. Mandatory, irreversible.

03

Recorded and reviewable

Funding decisions, partner activations, and governance decisions are recorded and made reviewable over time.

04

§8 firewall — organisations only

Funds flow to organisations, never to individuals. No per-member compensation. No referral payouts. Legal cover across jurisdictions, including EU UCPD and US FTC Koscot doctrine.

05

14-year obsolescence review

The Foundation reviews its own existence every 14 years. First review ends 31 December 2040. The cycle can be shortened, never extended.

06

Public allocation, no grant cycle

The Foundation share is allocated through the AllGaia Foundation and made reviewable over time.

AllGaia Foundation works 100% toward a world where AllGaia Foundation is no longer needed.

The Foundation reviews its own existence every 14 years. First review ends 31 December 2040. The cycle can be shortened, never extended.
07 · The science

A peer-reviewed evidence base.

The Foundation's work follows one simple chain: healthy soil grows better food, better food supports people, and stronger people build stronger communities. Soil → Food → Cell → Person → Community → World.

Each link is supported by peer-reviewed research, made publicly reviewable over time.
