allgaia network
Find the people and organisations working on what you care about.
Members discover reviewed partners, projects, products, and programs — while partners connect with verified members who match their needs.
Connections that start with real intent.
Every member has purchased
Membership begins with an AllGaia purchase — so every member has shown real intent, not just created a profile.
Every partner is reviewed
Organisations are reviewed before being listed — so every partner connection carries real weight.
Both sides declare intent
Members say what they care about. Partners say what they need. Connections begin from a real match.
Declare intent. Get matched. Connect.

Profile is not onboarding.
It is the network engine.
Members declare what they care about, where they are, what they do, and what they are looking for. Partners declare their projects, needs, and the kinds of members they want to reach. AllGaia then matches both sides — and explains every match.
Members receive
- Partners matched to your declared interests
- Projects relevant to what you care about
- Programs and products matched to your goals
- A reason for every recommendation
Partners receive
- Members matched to their declared project needs
- Notifications when a strong-fit member joins
- Searchable member profiles by interest, skill, location
- Verified contacts of members from their own link
Every match comes with a reason
To a member: "Matched because you selected water restoration, Maldives, hospitality, and place-based programs."
To a partner: "Matched because this member works in hospitality, selected island restoration, and is open to cooperation."
Members control their visibility
Members choose whether partners can see their profile — from fully private to open to requests. By default, partners see only a match score. Full profiles open when a member allows it.
The more both sides share, the more precise the match. That is the network becoming more valuable over time.
Five things we help improve.
We help fund work that improves one or more of these. They aren't separate causes — they're one chain, from the soil under our feet to the people who depend on it.
Soil
Healthier soil that holds life and grows better food.
Water
Land that soaks up and holds water, and copes better with dry spells.
Food
Stronger local food, grown closer to home.
Nature
Bringing more life back to the land — plants, insects, animals.
Communities
Communities that are stronger and more able to stand on their own.
Like what? Real examples:
| We help with | For example |
|---|---|
| Soil | composting, regenerative farming, stopping erosion |
| Water | holding water in the land, soaking it in, healthier rivers and streams |
| Food | growing food locally, community gardens, school plots |
| Nature | bringing back habitats, more plants and wildlife |
| Communities | learning, working together, standing on their own |
Example projects.
A few of the kinds of projects the network can fund. These are illustrations, not current commitments — your projects are yours to define.
Community food forest
Planting a shared, edible woodland that feeds people and brings life back to the land.
Regenerative farm transition
Helping a farm move to methods that rebuild the soil and hold more water.
Water retention landscape
Reshaping land so it soaks up and holds rain instead of losing it to runoff.
Pollinator recovery
Bringing back flowers, hedgerows, and habitat so bees and other pollinators return.
School food garden
A garden where children grow food and learn how soil, food, and health connect.
The more links, the higher the priority.
A project that helps several of these at once does more than one that helps just one. So those come first.
Projects that help three or more of these.
Projects that help two of these.
Projects that help one of these.
We document what actually changes.
Real outcomes, recorded.
Every project tracks what actually changes — in one or more of these. Projects that show real improvement across several come first.
Documentation turns good intentions into reviewable progress. Over time, AllGaia builds a shared way to track funding, records, and outcomes across partners.
A verified matching system.
Members create the signal. Partners declare the need. AllGaia matches both sides. The Foundation keeps everything honest and recorded.

From partner conversation to reviewable progress.
This isn't a grant you wait on. It's a simple path — from what you choose to do, to records and outcomes that become visible over time.
Start Partner Conversation
Your organisation starts with a partner conversation and clear terms.
Pick what matters
Together we choose the work that matters most where you are — soil, water, food, nature, or communities.
Turn it into projects
We turn that into real projects with clear results you can track — not vague activity.
Funding begins
Money comes in as people buy products — a steady stream you direct yourself.
Track progress
Each project reports what changed over time.
Declare intent. Get matched.
