How AllGaia Foundation handles personal data. Short version: only what we need, never sold, never shared without consent. Full policy below.

Article 1

Who we are.

AllGaia Foundation is a public-benefit foundation (sihtasutus) registered in Estonia. Our data controller for the website and member systems is the Foundation itself, based in Tallinn. For data inquiries: info@allgaia.org.

Article 2

What we collect, and why.

Three categories. Each tied to a specific purpose.

  • Mailing list signups: email address only. Used solely to send Foundation updates. Unsubscribe at any time.
  • Member system data (from July 2026): name, contact, purchase history, partner declaration. Used to operate your account and route the constitutional Foundation share.
  • Site analytics: aggregated and anonymous. We do not track individual visitors.
What we don't collect

We do not collect health information, payment card numbers (handled by our PSP), or any data not directly required to operate the Foundation's work.

Article 3

Your rights.

Under GDPR and equivalent frameworks, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time. Write to info@allgaia.org. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
