Become a Partner.
AllGaia funds civic restoration through institutional partners — foundations, NGOs, civic bodies, universities, industry associations, and government agencies.
A defined statutory share. Allocated by the partner.
Partners receive a defined statutory share of every AllGaia sale, allocated by the partner's own governance. Every commitment and disbursement is recorded publicly on the Factum Protocol — the Foundation's on-chain ledger. The mechanism is protected by statute, not by goodwill.
Partnership is a multi-year, structural relationship. Not sponsorship. Not project funding. The work AllGaia and its partners do together is built to outlast its founders.
Partner organisations work across the soil → food → biology → civic chain. We do not pre-select domain. We look for serious work, structural alignment, and the operational capacity to govern restoration funding well over decades.
The full Partner Framework — including specific allocation percentages, governance expectations, reporting standards, and the application path — is available to partner candidates after submitting an application.
The public partner page describes the partnership architecture in system terms. Specific percentages and operational details live in the Partner Framework, shared with candidates on application.
Institutional partners, eligible categories.
AllGaia partners with organisations whose work falls on the soil → food → biology → civic chain. Cross-link work is explicitly welcomed.
Foundations
Private, family, or corporate foundations with restoration mandates and the governance to allocate independently.
NGOs & non-profits
Established non-profits with published governance and a track record of delivery on the chain.
Civic bodies
Community organisations, cooperatives, and civic groups working on local restoration.
Universities & research
Universities, research institutes, and peer-reviewed science teams across the chain.
Industry associations
Sector bodies with restoration mandates — regenerative agriculture, food system reform, environmental health.
Government agencies
Public agencies with restoration mandates and the capacity for transparent on-chain reporting.
Soil → food → biology → civic.
Eligible restoration work sits anywhere on the chain, or crosses links. Examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive.
Soil microbiology, regenerative agriculture
Soil microbiology, soil-carbon programmes, regenerative agriculture, soil-health monitoring at scale.
Food-system reform, nutritional density
Agronomy, food-system reform, nutritional-density research, supply-chain integrity work.
Population health, environmental health
Performance medicine, micronutrient science, environmental health, population-capacity research.
Local governance, social fabric
Local governance, community organising, social-fabric work, deliberative democracy practice.
Work that crosses links — soil → food, food → biology, biology → civic — is explicitly welcomed. AllGaia values integrative work across the chain.
The lines we hold.
Partnership clarity comes from naming what AllGaia will not do, as much as what it will.
| Direct projects within your domain | The partner organisation allocates AllGaia funding through its own governance. AllGaia does not select projects. |
| Require co-branding | Partner work carries the partner's identity. AllGaia attribution is optional, never required. |
| Retain veto rights | AllGaia does not retain veto rights over partner allocation decisions. |
| Fund single projects | Partnership is structural, not project-based. We do not fund single grants. |
| Enter single-year partnerships | Default initial term is five years. Partnership requires multi-year structural commitment. |
| Fund work outside the chain | However worthy, work outside soil → food → biology → civic is outside the AllGaia mandate. |
